Refund policy


Our In Store & Online policy is 30 days refund or exchange from the purchase date. All tags must be in place, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original receipt for full refund in the same form of payment or even exchange.

No Receipt: A store credit may be applied at current sale price or even exchange within the 30 days of purchase. Items must have all tags in place, unworn, undamaged and unwashed for applicable credit/exchange.

Gift cards can’t be reissued if lost or stolen. 

Gifted items must be accompanied with a gift receipt for an even exchange or store credit at paid value.

Gift cards, swimwear, bras, underwear, perfumes, cologne, jewelry, watches, sunglasses, food soap, On Sale, Clearance items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refunds, exchange, or store credit.

In Store Purchases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If purchased in store you may return to the store to complete the refund or exchange.

Online Purchases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must notifying us via email at and receiving approval with an RMA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus the shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the 30 days from purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at once you receive the approval you must ship it to the address below:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
